Could you briefly tell us about your business? When was it founded, what did you think when you started this business? What is the most important feature that makes your business different from other businesses?

Our business was established in 2014. Our goals that we set at the beginning of the business; we had dreams All of our cuisine is vegan, that is, a kitchen that does not include animal products. We learn while we work, we investigate what we do not know. We introduce ourselves as ‘plant based kitchen’ before vegan cuisine. We are plant-based and creative cuisine. All the preparations made inside are products that keep us at ease, in other words, that relieve our conscience. If you look at it from our perspective, this is the most fundamental thing that makes us different from other businesses.

What is the secret of your success? What do you need to do well in this industry? What advice would you give to new entrepreneur candidates who want to enter the sector?

The biggest secret of success in the service sector is the establishment of a business on a good feasibility. Because it may seem easy to open a place and run it, but how much you know, what you produce and how you present it is very important. Our most important feature is that we are a company that grows slowly but surely. We started as a small place, we continue as a company that develops our operation upon supply and demand. My advice to those who want to open a business; to do the infrastructure and feasibility studies properly and to fully understand and meet the supply and demand.

There are many businesses that offer vegan product alternatives like ours. Those who successfully perform the feasibility and infrastructure studies of these enterprises can maintain their place in the sector, but we see that those who do wrong and do not attach importance to the studies are quickly closed.

In your opinion, what are the main problems of the food and beverage industry? Are you optimistic or pessimistic about the future of the industry? Why?

When people want to make an investment, they choose the food and beverage industry with the thought that it is not a difficult way. However, they are closing the businesses they opened at the same speed. For example, donuts! They opened places everywhere at once, and many had to close at the same speed. Maybe they made money in the meantime, but how well they did is debatable. In order to open a business, first of all, the team must be very good. Business owners need to stay in touch with their team at the beginning of their work. Keeping employee motivation high brings permanent staff and permanent taste. We have solved the problems arising from personnel changes with motivation, which is the best way.

We are in an environment of constant change in the service industry. For example, there are changes due to inflation and we are struggling with it.
